Morphy's Mate:

Morphy's mate is a common method of checkmating involving the Bishop & Rook. .The checkmate occurs by using the bishop to attack the black king with the help of a Rook and Pawn obstructing all the possible escape squares of the king. In many respects it is very similar to the Corner mate.
